US President Donald Trump will visit India soon. The Indian IT industry wants him to take more approach when you are going to prepare the immigrants. This industry also said him to give importance to Indian techies in the growth of the US economy. Trump will visit India for two days and for tow cities on February 24. High skill talent mobility is critical for a company’s growth. US has to realize that 90 percent of the H1-B visa are going to the US companies. They are not going to the Indian companies. US has need for Indian talent.
Contribution of Indian and US talent will be more powerful. NASSCOM President Debjani Ghosh said that US will not realize it. H1-B visa regulations has been tightened in US. The Indian IT firms gives the importance of benefits of visa. In the last couple of years techies were returning home. There are 50000 people who employed by top five IT firms in US. Sangeeta Gupta who is senior VP and chief strategy officer of NASSCOM said that the visa cost has come down in the last couple of years.
Indian firms have been reduced to depend on others. The Indian IT industry has added two million jobs and has created 10,000 new technology companies in overall.
