From some report in November last year Rai gave the report of number of death people due to illness that was 28. There was no reason behind death of those people except illness. Because the people entered illegally in the country, the money in the form of help was not applied. From the information of the state Government of Assam on November 22 there were 988 foreigners who were kept in the detention centres in Assam. From the statement of Rai between 2016 to 13.10.2019 there were 28 people who died in detention centres or in hospitals where they were referred.
