On March 17 Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray said we will stop trains and buses in Mumbai if people don’t avoid unnecessary travel. Thackeray said the reporters that people should avoid travel and meeting with each other. He also said that there will be no holidays for seven days in government offices.
In Maharashtra there are 40 people who have confirmed positive from the COVID-19. Thackeray said that there are some people who have died from this virus across the country. Thackeray also stated there are 39 people who are stable but there is one person who is in critical position. In 40 people there are 26 men and 14 women, said by Uddhav Thackeray.
