On Friday court of Bidar in Karnataka permitted bail to a parent and headmistress of a school. They were arrested in the case of performing a play of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a poor light connection with CAA (Citizenship Amendment Act) and NRC (National Register Of Citizen). A principal district and sessions court judge gave permission of bail to Nazbunnisa (parent) and Fareeda Begum (headmistress). They were arrested on January 30. The bail was permitted with the bond of Rs 1 lakh and with two warranties.
There are some conditions for accused that they should appear before the the Investigating Officer calls them for further operations. They have ordered to not interfere with evidence untill the court gives them for dates of hearing. The drama was played by the fourth, fifth and sixth standards students on 21 January. There was another case for which police took action against the school management along with other sections of IPC on 26 January. This was complaint by social worker Neelesh Rakshyal.
This video has shared on social media and got viral. From some information the motive of the video was against PM Modi. The management used students to protest against CAA and NRC. This protest was against PM Modi because CAA and NRC were applied by the BJP party. The motive of the school management was to increase fear among Muslims because if NRC and CAA are implemented they have to leave the country.
